It became cool after night had came.
Went to the gym around 6 PM. It was the first time to go there since broke a rib(s) 1 month ago. Did all the routine work, but as hadn’t worked out for a long time, could only performed more than 20% below the peak level before.
About bench press, the first set was pretty easy. I could push up 40kg 12 times and felt it was light. So decided to go to 45kg for the 2nd set. I managed to push it up 10 times, but this was my limit. For the third set, I could push up only 3 times.
Anyway was exhausted.
