Started doing time management

It was a bit cold.

 

Very busy.  Since the beginning of this month, I have too little time to do anything but work.  For all these years, I have not needed time management while working because I didn’t have enough work volume to manage.  

 

But since I had started to involve in this project, I always have multi tasks, all of which I cannot remember without memo.  And prioritization of tasks is always required in this heavy-duty situation.  In addition, task priority is always changeable because the client’s schedule is also very tight.
