이것야말로 이상적인 일요일이죠?

별일 없는 겨울 밤.

아침에 배드민턴 연습에 갔다. 오늘은 열명 정도 오고 있었다.

오후에는 한국말 교실에 가지 말고 낮잠을 잤다. 일어나서 기타 연습, 계속해서 청소를 한후, 아까 저녁 식사에서 돌아 왔다.

오늘은 이렇게 조용하는 일요일이었지만 내일 부터 또 전쟁이 시작된다.

Made an entry to a badminton competition

It was fine, but cold.

In the afternoon, went to badminton training near my home. There I made an entry to a badminton competition of Shinjuku Ward, teaming up with one of the teammates for men’s doubles.

There are five classes in the competition based on the level of participants: Advanced, Middle, High Beginner, Beginner, and Senior. The class I’ve made an entry was High Beginner. However, entry will be accepted in order of arrival, so it is possible I cannot make it.

Anyway it will be held in next month, so I have to prepare for it.

지금은 새로운 프로젝토에 집중하고 싶다

쾌청이지만 바람이 강하다.

내일에 신년 처음의 프로젝트 미팅이 있다. 가능하면 저는 이 미팅에는 참가하지 않도록 하고 싶다. 왜냐하면 거의 공유 해야 하는 Issue이 없어졌으니까.

KEEP: 휴일에는 아무도 생각하지 않고 쉰다.
PROBLEM: 계속 영업에서 일이 와서 Close하지 못한 일이 밀리고 있다.
TRY:
-영업 사람에게 우선 순위를 붙여 달라고 부탁한다.
-이번 달과 다음 달은 바쁘니까 가능하면 다른 사람에게 미팅을 맡긴다. 그러게 하면 만일의 경우의 리스크 헤지도 된다.

筋力の低下

昨日筋トレに行ったが、去年と比べて筋力が明らかに衰えている。

特に上半身。ベンチプレスは以前50Kg*8repsぐらいできていたが、最高45Kg*6repsぐらいになった。ラットプルは、45Kg*12repsぐらいはできていたが、3repsぐらいしかできない。懸垂なんて一回もあがらない。

去年頚椎ヘルニアを発症して、ほぼ完治したと思っていたのに・・・。体が自然に怖がっているのか、それとももう戻らないのか?

下半身、持久力はあまり変わっていなさそうなのが救いか。

New project began

It is cold. Saw a newscaster saying that a cold wave has come to the Japan Sea.

A new project has begun and we’ve started verification testing process. Now I have to manage two projects simultaneously in addition to ad-hoc support and presales tasks.

I was kind of relieved that another new project would be postponed at least until February. I would go mad if I have to manage it, too. It must be one of the difficult works I’ve ever had because the delivery date is too tight and I don’t have much knowledge to the field.

It is January. 4 months left to the day of cut-over for one project and 3 months for another.

KEEP: Concentrate on my work
PROBLEM: Another work request was made by Country Manager which I don’t like to manage in this condition of lacking human resource.
TRY: Aggressive communication. We already have the environment of an old version, so try to persuade him into compromise with it in stead of making another environment.
